During April and May, we barbecue on the weekends that is on Saturday and Sunday. Nothing fancy, just smoked chicken and a paper plate.

We cook about 150 lb of chicken each day, smoked over hickory wood from early morning until noon or until it's done. We try to have entertainment on our stage each Saturday and Sunday, usually about noon until 2:30 or 3pm.
